When people come to SunGreen, sometimes ask whether you have a roof leak problem, we don’t. When people working with SunGreen Systems they don’t have roof leaking issues, the reason is two-fold.

Number one, we work closely with every roofer on each project, and when we have the installation, before installation we have the roofer to inspect the roofs, make sure it is okay and then when we have all the standoffs we will make sure the roofer will seal off all the standoffs on the roof. And they get paid after that and they’re happy. The owners are also happy because they have their warranty in place in full force.

Second, SunGreen Systems has a good construction management system and good founders of the company are all from real estate development and construction background. We take great pride in our construction quality, construction management. In fact, for commercial and residential projects, so far we will make sure we have the project bring in within budget according to your schedule and present a good quality construction and that is what we are so proud of.
