Working with SunGreen is the perfect culmination of my 30 years in real estate services. While I have always enjoyed what I do, it’s been particularly motivating to work on something as leading-edge and vital as solar energy

For the past seven years, I have served as a Senior Managing Director with the Charles Dunn Company. Prior to that I headed the worldwide Organizational Strategy practice for Jones Lang LaSalle, where I helped Boeing, Disney, Capital One, Mellon Bank and others ensure that their corporate infrastructure supported their business objectives. Earlier, I served as Western Director of Corporate Real Estate for Price Waterhouse, where I worked on iconic projects such as Rockefeller Center and Disneyland Paris. I have also handled marketing, leasing and asset repositioning for Mitsui Fudosan, Equity Office, Universal Studios and Hammerson.

I also value my continued involvement with higher education. I received my MBA from USC and a bachelor’s degree from Villanova, and I have published industry research projects with Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and NAIOP. I also enjoy speaking at conferences and sharing my passion for renewable energy with students, educators and other business professionals.

In my spare time — whenever I find any — I enjoy playing golf and exploring new places to eat, particularly in and around L.A.’s Koreatown.
